30 Years of Healthcare and Leadership Experience

Before becoming a business coach, Jeff spent three decades working within the healthcare technology industry, building and leading business development and sales teams and working directly with medical practices.

Later in his career, Jeff became a corporate trainer, coaching healthcare practices on how to use technology more effectively to improve the way they operated their businesses. That experience gave him a firsthand understanding of the pressures facing healthcare leaders, from operational complexity and financial decisions to team performance and changing technology.

Jeff has also worked in very different business environments.

He has experienced small, entrepreneurial organizations where every dollar and decision mattered, as well as large, successful corporations where layers of infrastructure could make progress more difficult.
