Jeff Wagner is a Certified Focal Point Business Coach based in Gilbert, AZ, working with healthcare business owners, leadership teams, and CEOs who are ready to gain clarity, build accountability, and push through stalled growth.

Jeff brings 30 years of experience in the healthcare IT industry to his work as a business coach. He built and led business development and sales teams, and later stepped into a role as a corporate trainer bycoaching medical practices on how to use technology to run their businesses more effectively. Earlier in his career, he also spent several years coaching individuals on personal finance and budgeting, giving him a foundation in helping people gain clarity and control that carries directly into his work with business leaders today.

Jeff's coaching is shaped by the leaders he's worked with in the past: both the great ones and the ones who could have used a coach themselves. He's learned that there is something to take from both. He has also led teams of his own, always with two goals in mind: building a high-performing team, and helping the people on it who wanted to grow into leadership themselves.

He has worked inside small, nimble startups facing real financial constraints, and inside large, revenue-strong corporations often slowed by their own layers of infrastructure. That range gives him a genuine appreciation for what leaders are up against at every stage.
